We will meet three times as a team, alternating with individual sessions for all participants. This training spans a period of 3 to 4 months, with follow-up sessions, as repetition is the key to lasting success."

My coaching is offered in the form of subscriptions. A subscription starts at 10 hours and is scheduled flexibly in consultation with you.
