About Philomène

My keywords: culture, connection and relationships

After studying languages and gaining a few years of work experience in secretarial roles, I flew to Florence because a potential client "could use some help" with organizational matters. This was the beginning of a longterm collaboration and relationship, taking me to various places, situations, and people across Europe. It also marked the beginning of a career as a project manager in the medical field, as well as in international and SME sectors. I enjoyed it for many years, but I always felt a certain dissatisfaction because I couldn't understand why things so often went wrong between people of different nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds. This ultimately led me to delve into the intercultural universe, and now I combine my work experience with my intercultural knowledge. It still makes me happy! I have been working independently for years because I function best that way, and I enjoy collaborating with other entrepreneurs.

My mission

In a time when finding good staff is a challenge, retaining your best people becomes crucial. The key? A culture where open communication and collaboration are central. When teams work in a safe and stimulating environment, not only does productivity increase, but creativity also flourishes.

My mission is to help teams and companies collaborate better by connecting them with intercultural (self-)knowledge. When people truly understand each other, a powerful synergy emerges, leading to sustainable results. It brings me great satisfaction to see how, through these insights, people perform better and strengthen as a team.
